Q. Are you licensed and bonded?
A. Yes, we are fully licensed and bonded by the state of Maryland.
Q. Can we get the same sitter?
A. It depends, if you are requesting services for the same days and times of week. For occasional babysitting we can not guarantee the same person all the time.
Q. What if I am not pleased with the sitter you send me?
A. Notify the agency and we will gladly send you someone else.
Q. Do I have to provide meals for the sitters?
A. No, the sitters will provide their own meals(a microwave will be suffice) with the exceptions of live-ins sitters.
Q. Do I pay for mileage?
A. No, only hourly services that are billed to your credit cards.
Q. Do I pay the sitters?
A. No, the agency will pay the sitters from the hourly rates that's charged to your credit cards
Q. Can I reach someone if I have an emergency?
A. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. How quick can you get me someone?
A. Usually in about 4 hours, but keep in mind the rate will be much higher.
Q. Can your sitters transport my kids in their own vehicle?
A. For insurance purposes, the sitter are not allowed to take your children in their own vehicle but if you have an extra vehicle that you can let the sitter use and add her to your insurance the sitter will arrange with you pick-up/drop off. Taxi cabs and public transportation can also be arranged for pick-up/drop off as well.
Q. Can I meet the sitters?
A. Yes, for regular part-time and full-time needs.
Q. Are these teenagers?
A. No, all of our sitters are adults.
Q. What are your minimum amount of hours?
A. Our minimum hours of service is 4 hours each day our sitters sits.
Q. Why are you rates so much lower than the other nanny services?
A. Because our main line of business is nursing and we started the sitter service with one goal in mind, to provide qualified and affordable sitters to the Metropolitan area.
Q. How do you base your rates?
A. On the number of children and the distance.
Q. Why should we use your company?
A. Simply, because we work hardest at what we do, providing you with well trained, well screened and qualified sitters at an affordable price.
